Bouncing Around

My friends call me Pinball because of the way thoughts bounce around in my head, hitting buzzers and bumpers, racking up points and making a lot of noise before shooting out of my mouth at lightning speed. To the uninitiated, it looks like chaos, but fans find the experience glorious.

Ringing endorsement

I've nearly finished a book called "Book Proposals That $ell" by W. Terry Whalen. I work in the publishing business, and I can tell you that he knows what he's talking about. If you're a blogger who would like to be published in the non-fiction realm, you should read this book. It will probably save you a ton of time and trouble.

Writing for money is hard work and takes lots of time. This book isn't a quick shot in the arm to guarantee you millions of dollars. In fact, after reading it, you may give up on the idea of being published because it IS hard work. Whatever you do, don't send a non-fiction manuscript to a publisher without reading the book.

To find out more about it, click the title of this post or go to http://www.bookproposals.ws/.

Foofy fonts suck

Look at the stupid font for "Recent posts" and "Archives". Doesn't it suck?

I'm a weird dude

I write for a living, but I hate blogging. I've tried several times to start a journal because I heard once that all good writers have journals. Well, maybe I'm not a good writer. A big part of the problem for me is that "because you're supposed to" is not a reason I readily accept.

Anyway, the only reason I started this is to be able to respond to others. This may be the only post I ever have, who knows!
